This Return Policy applies to paid comfortable lifestyle workout program services purchased from Charmingllsparke.

Digital Program Materials

If you purchased a digital program package and have not accessed downloadable materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.

Coaching Services

Unused prepaid coaching sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

Studio Visits

Single studio appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.

How to Request a Refund

Email ask@charmingllsparke.world with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
